History: A recent faction since the Itsugari won the decisive Battle of Akarahashi, it opposes the Itsugari's right to the seat of the shogun, and feels that the empty seat of the Empress, the Child of Heaven, must be filled
Goals: The restoration of the Imperial Family to the seats of both the shogun and the empress.
Leadership: A coalition of overmighty clans who have grown strong since the Battle of Akarahashi, and take issue with how the Itsugari have run Atsugane into what they believe to be a moral decline.
